Esther Angell
"You can't be in a state of curiosity and judgement at the same time."

Origin Story
I grew up in rural Oklahoma as an energetic, creative, dirt-loving kid. My life has been my greatest adventure.
You might assume a childhood "in the middle of nowhere" meant a parochial experience: not true. My first international experience was a mission trip with my family at just seven years old.
It wouldn't be my last. Since then, I’ve visited multiple continents, met fascinating people, and learned about the uniqueness of culture. Those experiences made me a better friend, team player, and leader.
Most importantly, this path has instilled in me the desire to ask really great questions. My purpose is to ask those questions to those around me and help them listen to their own answers.
Professional Journey
My career has not been linear. From manufacturing floors to SaaS boardrooms, I’ve spent my professional life learning how people, systems, and strategy come together to create real, meaningful outcomes. Along the way, I’ve led teams, built business units from the ground up, revitalized struggling product lines, and helped organizations connect their boldest ideas to measurable results.
I started my career in manufacturing, where I learned to love the rhythm of operations and the art of solving hard problems with practical solutions. Those early roles taught me how to forecast, build processes that scale, and create products customers actually want. They also taught me the importance of clarity.
As I transitioned into technology and SaaS, the canvas changed but the through-line didn’t. I became known for creating order from chaos, connecting disparate ideas, and building systems that help teams execute with confidence. At Cargas, I led CRM strategy across Microsoft, HubSpot, and Salesforce ecosystems, built a high-performing business unit, and launched programs that reshaped how customers made data-driven decisions. I coached executives on how to use their data, I designed workshops that unlocked insight, and I built partnerships that opened new market opportunities.
Over the years, I’ve served as a coach, consultant, and executive. I’ve helped companies launch new offerings, transform operations, build GTM frameworks, and create dashboards that finally make their data make sense.
Today, as the founder of Insightfully Curious, I bring all of this experience together. I help leaders uncover the insights buried in their data, design systems that actually work for their teams, and find strategic pathways that unlock growth. Whether I’m guiding an executive team, facilitating a workshop, or helping a founder bring a new idea to life, I approach the work with energy, empathy, and a bias for action.
Because when we stay curious, we find better answers, build stronger teams, and create work that actually moves people forward.

Panel Moderator
I’ve been public speaking since I was nine, and have never lost my love for the microphone.
As a moderator, I turn panels into conversations that audiences actually remember. I’m known for asking the questions others don’t: the ones that connect ideas, spark debate, and bring out authentic moments.
Whether it’s a discussion on AI, manufacturing, women in business, or technology, my role is to make everyone on stage (and in the room) feel seen and engaged.

Workshop Facilitator
My workshops help leaders move from data overload to data-driven clarity.
I teach teams how to build practical management structures that align strategy, process, and insight — always with a dose of curiosity. These sessions are thought-provoking, fast-paced, and deeply practical.
People walk away saying, “I actually know how to apply this.”

You Bring the Curiosity. I’ll Bring the Clarity.
Coaching with Insightfully Curious is built for people who want to grow with purpose; not pressure. If you’re craving space to think, understand your patterns, and make better decisions, you’re in the right place.
