Esther Angell

As the founder of Insightfully Curious, Esther Angell helps businesses navigate the intersection of growth strategy, operational efficiency, and emerging technology.

She is a results-driven executive who brings over 20 years of hands-on, cross-functional experience across technology services, manufacturing, and the energy sector. Esther's consulting expertise is focused on Go-to-Market Strategy, Process and Data Enhancement, and Practical AI Application.

Esther believes the best strategies are discovered, not dictated. Her consulting model, the "Curiosity-First Approach," ensures that every engagement begins with deep, empathetic listening and asking the essential questions that only two decades of practical, cross-functional experience can inspire.

Outside of her advisory work, Esther is a dedicated super connector and an advocate for community building. She has served in a variety of non-profit board positions, including Meals on Wheels of Lancaster, The Lancaster Science Factory, the Women's Energy Network, and The Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania.

Her relentless drive to learn new things is personal as well as professional; she regularly dives into new, practical hobbies every year —from crocheting to golf to candle making — as a testament to the power of hands-on learning and exploration.
