We've designed this 4-month, cohort-based program to provide the support, practical skills, and intentional community you need to navigate the core challenges of modern management and step into your power as a truly insightful leader.

The four, 90-minute sessions will take place on the second Wednesday of each month starting in February 2026 and will run from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM ET.

This four month cohort is comprised of the following key modules.

This capstone ties it all together. Learn to define a clear "vision of success" for you and your team and reframe “failure” as a powerful tool for learning, resilience and growth.

A tailored program for leaders that want to get the most out of their Mind Trust experience
The primary difference is one of structure and purpose: A cohort is a structured group that moves through a set, time-bound curriculum together, focusing on shared learning and applying specific frameworks. Conversely, a mind trust (or mastermind) is typically a non-curricular group of peers who meet to offer diverse, candid advice and accountability on individual, real-time challenges. This program leverages the best of both: you gain cohort-based learning from a focused curriculum while building a peer network that functions as your own long-term mind trust.
You will leave this program with self-awareness, a tool box of “power skills”, and confidence to lead your team, navigate complex challenges, and build a culture of trust and high performance.
You have the choice to retain access to the cohort collaboration tools and learning materials for a small fee. You can also choose to continue coaching, mentoring, and join a peer learning group.
